Student Support

The USI is a National Government account that will contain all of your nationally recognised training records and results. This will assist when you are commencing employment with a new employer or if you are commencing study with a new training organisation, and at All States Training it is required on enrolment.

If your training card or statement of attainment has been lost, stolen, or damaged, you can request a replacement by completing the relevant form below.

💳 Replacement Fees:

• Competency/Statement of Attainment reprint – $55.00 (emailed copies free)
  
• Replacement card – $30.00
  

Please ensure you include a copy of your photo ID and proof of payment with your request.

We understand you may have concerns or complaints from time to time. You are encouraged to find out more about the complaint resolution process, including suggestions for resolving the problem, before making an official complaint.
