Course Description: |
This unit provides the skills and knowledge required to responsibly provide gambling services, in accordance with relevant state legislation. It covers how to identify problem gambling behaviour, provide assistance and referrals, and comply with legal and venue-specific policies and procedures. This training is mandatory for staff working in gambling environments in Queensland. |

Refresher Training: |
Refresher training is recommended every 3 years or in line with venue policies and legislative updates. |
