This unit describes a participant’s skills and knowledge required to conduct bulk water truck operations in the Coal and Metalliferous mining and Extractive.
This unit is appropriate for those working in operational roles.
Licensing, legislative, regulatory and certification requirements that apply to this unit can vary between states, territories, and Industry sectors. Relevant information must be sourced prior to application of the unit.
The duration will vary depending on your background and experience. There is a logbook that must be completed with on-the-job training, they have 7 tasks listed in the front of the logbook that must be completed a certain number of times each, the amount of times will vary depending on your level of experience. Assessment cannot be conducted until these tasks have been completed and the assessment may take from 4 to 8 hours to complete.
This course is suitable for those who wish to operate a Bulk Water Truck within the Resources, Construction and Infrastructure industries.

Bulk Water Carts often work in conjunction with other plant items to ensure successful operations on the site.
