User Choice

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to receive subsidised training under the User Choice program you must:

  • be employed in an approved apprenticeship or traineeship
  • have entered a training contract for a qualification funded by the government
  • have selected a training provider that is a pre-qualified supplier (a government-approved training provider).


All States Training have the following qualifications available under the User Choice Program:


RII30815 Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations
RII30915 Certificate III in Civil Construction (Road Construction and Maintenance)
RII30915 Certificate III in Civil Construction (Pipe Layer)

Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ)    

Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ) is an industry-funded body that supports the workforce in the building and construction industry. CSQ funds a range of training programs to reduce the cost for trainees or employers. CSQ provides funding through Registered Training Organisations like All States Training for training and skills development within the construction industry.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicants must work or had worked in the building and construction industry in the last 6 months.
  • Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen; or permanent resident of Australia; or a refugee and humanitarian visa holder.
  • And, must permanently reside in Queensland; or be permanently in Queensland.
