SIT20316 Certificate II in Hospitality

This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent in a range of activities and functions requiring basic operational knowledge and limited practical skills in a defined context.

 

Pre-Requisites

None

 

Entry Requirements

  • 16 years + (parental consent required if under 18).
  • Mature age students
  • RPL if able to demonstrate relevant skills and knowledge.
  • Access to a computer with word processing, PDF reader capabilities and an internet connection
  • A good command of written English
  • Ability to allocate appropriate study hours per week

Students have 18 months to complete their qualification and they are able to complete their course work at their own pace using their selected delivery option.

Pathways

Students who successfully complete the course will receive the nationally recognised Certificate for SIT20316 Certificate II in Hospitality. This Qualification is from the latest version of the SIT Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Training Package and is the most up-to-date qualification in hospitality.

Graduates are eligible for enrolment in the SIT30616 Certificate III in Hospitality qualification and will be eligible for direct credit for units completed in this course.
